RECEIVING INSPECTION

➢ Food temperature: ▪

Frozen item ≤ -18 ℃ Chilled items ≤ 5 ℃

➢ Approved suppliers

➢ Quantity

➢ The person who is checking needs to sign his / her name on the Receiving record.

➢ High-risk food item etc. Frozen & Chilled and other perishable foods must be transferred from receiving.
