Shangri-La Products (F&B OEM product made for Shangri-La for retail and/or internal use) • Supplier should comply with this policy. • If supplier is sub-contracting the production process to another factory, the production premises should also comply with this policy.
• Product tasting should follow CFB30 – F&B Taste & Quality Assurance (if required).
• Supplier to complete Shangri- La’s product specification
• Testing should be conducted by accredited laboratory. Testing parameters and standard should follow prevailing law and regulations. Validation report should be submitted to SL Group and/or Hotel for review. • Verification (confirmation of product is continuously in compliance with product specification) of the food safety and quality of the products should be carried out during period of supply to SL Group and/or Hotel, by accredited laboratory annually as a minimum, or at frequency required by applicable law and regulations. Testing parameters and standard should follow the applicable law and regulations. • Periodic audit of the production premise should be carried out with audit frequency and audit criteria as stipulated by this policy.
