Dishwashing Machine

Final rinse temperature 82 ℃ - 86 ℃

Wash temperature 55 ℃ - 65 ℃

Final utensil surface temperature >71 ℃

If final rinse temperature is below 82 ℃ – chemical sanitizer *For automatic dispensing system; staff should check whether the chemical dispenser is working during operations.
