n Our collaboration with our local girls’ schools is an important part of our pastoral and social education. Over the last few years, we have developed opportunities, enabling us to run a full programme for the whole Junior School each term in all four year groups, over the past two years. We include children from Sydenham High (in Years 3 and 4) and JAGS (in Years 5 and 6) for a full range of wonderful, academic, and enriching activities, which enable all pupils to work together, learn together, and get to know each other. We strive to maintain continuity between groups across terms to deepen those connections further. When you look at the full list of the activities, it becomes quite a breadth and depth of experiences. Here is a selection: team building, economics, philosophy, computing, art, languages, engineering, sport, and Forest School. In addition to this programme, we also hold a ‘Top of the Form’ quiz with all the Year 6s from Alleyn’s and JAGS mixed together, as well as our long-running Symposium with JAGS and Dulwich Wood Primary.
