Cricket SPORT n What a year of sport it has been at the Junior school in 2024/25. The boys have made huge progress in the traditional team sports played across the three terms, as well as their physical literacy during our PE and swimming sessions. The sports staff have been hugely impressed with the boys approach to training sessions and the commitment to our co-curricular programme and external fixtures. The appetite for sport seems to grow year on year and it is great to see the Junior school boys throwing themselves into such a variety of sports. A huge thanks must go to all the staff for taking the PE, Games and co-curricular sessions, the ground staff for providing such outstanding facilities and to the parents for their continued support from the sidelines.
n What a summer of cricket it was in 2025. The weather was glorious throughout and it was great to see the progress our Junior School cricketers made over the course of the term. From our Year 3s and 4s playing incrediball matches out in front of the Barry buildings to our Under 11s making the final of the St Paul’s 6s, it has been a season to remember. Every boy has represented the college at cricket, with over sixty fixtures taking place. Huge progress has been made in every year group and the future of cricket at the College looks bright. Highlights of the term include seeing all our Year 3s in action v Eaton House, our Under 10 A side winning the Plate competition at the Reigate 6s and our Under 11s finishing runners up at the St Paul’s 6s.
