n Hockey in the Junior School continues to grow, with over 50 pupils across Year 5 and 6 regularly attending the co- curricular club throughout the first two terms. In addition, over 50 pupils from Year 3 and 4 have also attended their weekly co- curricular hockey club. Our U10A and U10B teams enjoyed fixtures against Royal Russell, Alleyn’s and Tulse Hill & Dulwich Phoenix. The ‘A’ team also participated in the U10 London Cup, scoring 14 goals in 4 matches. The U11B team had a very successful season winning against Alleyn’s, Royal Russell and Trinity, scoring 16 goals in the process and only conceding 4. The U11A team have a case to be named team of the season across the whole school, qualifying for the IAPS finals and finishing 13th in the country out of 141 schools! The pupils involved made fantastic progress and were a real joy to watch when in full flow. The team also got to experience an indoor hockey fixture against Trinity school and were victorious, winning 6-1 in a fantastic match which both teams thoroughly enjoyed.
