SKI TRIP
n During the first week of the Easter Holidays, 56 pupils from Years 5 and 6 headed to the French Alps for a thrilling week of skiing in the beautiful resort of Pra Loup. With its sweeping views, peaceful slopes and excellent snow conditions, it proved the perfect place for pupils to stretch themselves and enjoy all the mountains had to offer. Each morning, after a hearty breakfast, and kitted up with boots, skis and poles, we headed up the mountain on Les Molanes gondola for ski lessons. From the very first day, the boys fully embraced the challenge. Beginners gained confidence quickly, progressing far beyond expectations - skiing red runs by the end of the week. More experienced skiers made fantastic progress too, tackling advanced red and black runs, navigating snow parks and honing their technique with the help of expert instructors. We felt very lucky to enjoy empty slopes and beautiful weather throughout.
