It embraces ingredients and dishes that are local, seasonal and sustainable. This course is designed for Culinary, F&B Service, Club Lounge, Purchasing, Receiving, Communications, L&D, Cost Control and CSR.
6 MID AUTUMN SALES TOOLKIT In order to enhance our colleagues’ selling skills, it is essential for them to learn about the 2020 Mid-Autumn Campaign Story, Product Highlights, Target Audience and Retail Selling Process. This course is highly recommended for all F&B Service colleagues and/or colleagues who will engage in selling of retail items.
