31 March 2022 will be the snapshot date for the 2021/22 tax year, this will then need to be reported by 30 March 2023. Gender pay gap reporting is a requirement of employers with over 250 employees on the snapshot date each year. Employers must report their findings online, using the government gender pay gap service and publish the information in a prominent position on a public facing website.
For private, voluntary and other public sector employers, the snapshot date is 4 April and reporting date is 5 April
