Workforce Oklahoma Interpak employs 40 people and 10 to 15 “temp-to-perm” employees at any given time. Eric said they look for people with a “can do” attitude who are will- ing to learn. While hiring has been difficult in the past few years, Eric said they have a solid group now. Julie said their longest working employee has been there 19 years, another employee started “as a kid” 15 years ago and is now a supervisor.
