— R-MAG® MV outdoor circuit breaker 15.5 kV C2 Class now available
The ABB R-MAG magnetically actuated outdoor vacuum circuit breaker platform now includes new C1 and C2 class variants for capacitor switching applications. Core components and overall dimensions remain consistent across both variants. This newly released circuit breaker is engineered to handle high transient recovery voltages (TRVs) by significantly reducing the risk of restrike between contacts, helping improve safety, stability, and performance for utility, commercial and industrial, and renewable power systems.
