Timothy Marten, MD, FACS is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Founder and Director of the Marten Clinic of Plastic Surgery in San Francisco. He re- ceived his medical degree with multiple honors from the University of California Davis and went on to complete training in general and microsurgery. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center and was subsequently accepted to three
prestigious plastic surgery fellowships where he received advanced training in aesthetic plastic surgery of the face, breast and body.
Timothy Marten
Dr Marten is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and recipient of a Certificate of Advanced Edu- cation in Aesthetic Surgery. He is an internationally recognized authority on surgery to rejuvenate and improve the face and is a member of over twenty professional societies including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Association of Plastic Surgeons and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He has been selected as one of the “Most Trusted Physicians” in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is one of a small group of plastic surgeons who is listed as one of the nations leading medical specialists in Guide to Amer- ica’s Top Plastic Surgeons, America’s Top Doctors, America’s Best Physicians, Guide to America’s Top Physicians, US News and World Report’s Top Doctors, SuperDoctors, Cosmetic Surgery and Health Magazine’s Top 100 Cosmetic Surgeons, and Best Doctors In America.

Graduated from Tohoku University School of Medicine under the Monbusho Scholarship, Dr Lim speaks 4 languages (English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Japanese) fluently. He is also actively involved in many Global Advisory Board meetings, steering trends in the industry.
