• If a Smeg product in the promo is superseded/discontinued from time of offer to date of install, the most suitable equivalent alternative model from Smeg will be supplied in lieu of the promo inclusion, model type at the discretion of Clarendon Homes. • Gas cooktops are only available if the customer has upgraded their home to include a gas connection (additional fees apply). • Credits will not be offered for Smeg products used/included in customers home either by design constraints, suitability or customer preference. • If a free-standing oven is selected, customers do not also receive a cooktop (cooktop is included on the free-standing oven). • Colour options for Smeg benchtop appliances are subject to availability at time of collection, offer will be provided by way of voucher at Handover.
