The addition of Clarendon Homes floor plan options are considered permissible as long as they are unaltered from the floor plan option provided by Clarendon Homes. Any items that are in addition to the basic promotional inclusions, as a result of variations and/or design changes, will be charged accordingly. • Only available in NSW to new clients who place an initial deposit and sign their presented tender within 7 days from the presentation date (“the Offer Acceptance Period”).
