SAFETY INSPECTION
Conduct a safety inspection after first 5hrs of use & each 50 hrs thereafter.
Discs spin freely & bolts are tight.

□ All pins (including lynch pins) are in place.
Check frame for fatigue & failure.

□ Ensure all appropriate safety decals are securely attached to machine
□ Dismantle & repack wheel bearings with good quality grease, annually.
CONDUCT A SAFETY CHECK DAILY.
□ Ensure all pins (including lynch pins) & bolts are securely fastened.
□ Check all safety decals & safety mechanisms.
Check frame for fatigue.
