Rawcliffe Hall Holiday Park offers an exclusive opportunity to own a piece of history, set in the stunning landscape of Northwest England. Own your own

Located in a secluded area along the picturesque River Wyre, this historic site is home to Rawcliffe Hall, which dates back to 1154 A.D. Steeped in history, the hall has ties to notable figures such as Oliver Cromwell, who passed through the area with his army during the English Civil War. The hall is also famed for its resident ghost, ‘Miss Kitty.’ A local peasant girl, Miss Kitty was cherished by one of the hall’s squires, who commissioned a bronze statue in her memory, though it sadly disappeared during WWII. Today, the Hall serves as a lounge bar and snooker room, where visitors can explore old photographs and documents, offering a fascinating glimpse into the Hall’s rich past.

In addition to its historical allure, Rawcliffe Hall Holiday Park has earned several prestigious awards over the years, including a Gold Award from the David Bellamy Conservation Award in 2005 and a Silver Medal from the Britain in Bloom Award in 2010. The park is also Cask Marque accredited, ensuring a top-quality experience for all guests. Owning a holiday home at Rawcliffe Hall is an investment in relaxation and an opportunity to be part of a unique, historic location. Due to popular demand, new luxury holiday home developments are planned for 2025.
