Frézování

Vlastnosti destiček AO.. Rohové frézy řady AO se dvěma břity byly uvedeny na trh společností ACHTECK. Díky nové konstrukci ostří dosáhneme nižší řezné síly a hladkého řezu. Lisované a broušené přesné břitové destičky jsou vhodné pro všechny druhy řezných podmínek. Destičky s vlastním navrženým substrátem a povlakem mohou splňovat různé požadavky na obrábění různých materiálů, což je značná výhoda ve skupině materiálů S a M.

Úhel obrábění je přesnývh 90°, pro dosažení přesného pravého úhlu. Design břitu, nabízí nižší řeznou sílu, hladký řez a vyšší univerzálnost. Wiper ploška pro dosažení lepší kvality povrchu . Kompletní sortiment pro 3 rozměry destiček - 06, 10, 12.
