NEW YEAR - NEW GOALS!! As we begin a new year, we’re excited to set new goals, strengthen our teamwork, and continue delivering excellence together. This year, we’re also focusing on what matters most—your health and financial wellness—by encouraging balance, learning, and smart planning for the future. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Let’s move forward with focus, collaboration, and
a shared commitment to personal and professional growth. Here’s to a healthy, successful year ahead!
BE READY FOR AN EMERGENCY
Please take a moment to review important safety procedures to ensure you are prepared in the event of an emergency.
Dial 911 Immediately In Any Emergency It is critical that you provide as much detail as possible to aid emergency personnel response. Clearly Communicate: If you are the Clubhouse, it is helpful to add the building detail (put into a visual) The address, building, level (example: 2 floor) nd Location details, e.g., department, room, or nearby landmark The best way to access the area (i.e., front door, loading dock, etc.) If you are located at the Clubhouse, it is helpful to add the building detail:
North side: front of the Clubhouse (valet, concierge) South side: back of the Clubhouse East side: Tennis courts/ Loading Dock/ Employee Entrance West side: Putting green/ POA
Know The Location Of The AEDs – It Could Save A Life In the event of a cardiac arrest emergency, every second counts. In addition to contacting 911, you can help by knowing where the Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are located to provide life-saving assistance until professional help arrives. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with these AED locations: Clubhouse: 2nd floor – Concierge, Lumiere (behind the bar); 1st floor – POA front desk Fitness Center: main hallway near the weight area Beach Club: near the bar area

START THE NEW YEAR STRONG START SAVING FOR TOMORROW
Planning for the future isn’t just a financial decision—it’s a commitment to your long ‑ term well ‑ being, stability, and peace of mind. One of the most powerful tools available to you right now is your 401(k) plan.
Every dollar you save today has the potential to grow through the power of compound interest. The earlier you begin, the more time your money has to work for you.
Our 401(k) program includes a 100% company match on the first 4% you contribute. That means when you invest in your future, the company invests right alongside you. It’s one of the simplest and most impactful ways to accelerate your retirement savings. If you are eligible to participate and you haven’t enrolled yet, or if you’re contributing less than 4%, now is the perfect time to make a change that your future self will thank you for. A small adjustment today can create a big impact tomorrow. If you are registered with Lincoln, our 401(k) provider, be on the lookout for communications throughout the year designed to boost your confidence and help set you up for success when it comes to saving for your future.
