Course Expectations The Double Science IGCSE course delivers an in- depth and demanding curriculum over two years, ensuring excellent preparation for A Level Science subjects. Students enrolled in this course will achieve two IGCSE qualifications in Science. What will I learn? The course covers fundamental scientific theories, emphasizing their significance in real-world contexts. Students will explore the processes behind scientific discovery, assess the reliability and constraints of data, and understand how science informs major decisions in society. The course is dynamic and engaging, with practical activities that make learning both fun and hands-on. Science offers value to all—be it for a future chef, a nuclear physicist, a construction apprentice, or a cancer researcher, everyone benefits from a relevant scientific education.

Examination Structure The Pearson Edexcel International GCSE in Science (Double Award) is a linear qualification.
