Course Expectations Throughout Biology, you’ll build on essential topics that help explain everyday life. You’ll learn more about how your body operates, including processes like digestion, circulation, breathing, and the roles of nerves and hormones. Additionally, you’ll enhance your knowledge of DNA, inheritance, and evolution, while studying different diseases and their treatments. What will I learn? Examination Structure The Pearson Edexcel International GCSE in Biology is a linear qualification. Students will sit two written examinations in the same series at the end of the course of study. The examinations are untiered and have a range of question types aimed at being accessible to students of all abilities.
