Eagle Eye mastered the insurance rules, invested in 3D scanning technology, and began challenging every underpaid claim. “We became the police with the adjusters,” Philip says. “On a $10,000 estimate, we’d often get homeowners fifty to a hundred percent more. Ninety percent of the time, we won.” Then came a defining move. In April 2024, Philip and Karel acquired Restoration Heroes outright. “We wanted to control the lead source,” Philip says. “Now we own both companies”
