TRACK ATTACK START UP TIPS
1. DEPTH CONTROL (REAR ROLLER ADJUSTMENT) • Adjust Roller Top-Link to required depth (start shallow if unfamiliar with machine. *Ensure lock-nut on top-link is always tightened prior to machine operation. • Operate machine for short distance at normal running speed and stop abruptly (without lifting machine out of ground). THIS IS A GUIDE ONLY AND MUST BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH INSTRUCTION MANUAL. 2. FORE/AFT TILT CONTROL • Adjust Three Point Linkage top-link so machine is working discs at same depth front and rear. If machine tracking to left or right in operation, check the following: *All adjustable disc arms set to same position *Both left and right module of machine operating at same depth (roller adjustment). 3. SPEED RANGE • 8-15km/hr. (5.9mph). • Greater activity occurs at higher speeds. • Slow down in rough terrain (such as rocky country). 4. HEADLANDS/TURNING • Always slightly raise machine when performing headlands (turning at end of run) etc. 5. ROAD TRAVEL SPEED LIMIT • 32kmh (20mph). • ENSURE THAT ALL DISCS ENGAGE WITH THE SOIL FOR POSITIVE ROTATION. • Check operating depth. Adjust in small increments if necessary. • Ensure both left and right modules are operating at same depth. • 4. FIELD OPERATION - Machine Settings : Rear Roller Depth Control.
