Trash ● Trash need to be taken to the dumpster located across the street ● All Trash must be bagged, tied and placed inside the trash bin near the front door ● No loose trash in the dumpster ● Trash that cannot hold inside the bin. Parking Don’t get towed! Parking limits are strictly enforced. Two cars per driveway or in designated parking areas. Check at the clubhouse for more information. Never park on the grass or block traffic! Parking on the street is only allowed in marked spaces. An overnight parking permit is required on Friday and Saturday nights.
Motorcycles must be parked in a garage. Towing is strictly enforced 24 hours per day.
