Guidelines for Contributors:
Defense ARJ invites long-form articles that provide perspectives and commentary on pressing matters that concern defense acquisition and lay the groundwork for future action and research. These articles should identify topical issues of relevance to the defense acquisition community, sufficiently document the issues and their consequences using appropriate references and citations, and arm the reader with actionable information in the form of recommended solutions and/or potential research questions. They must be rooted in real- world circumstances.
