Do I Really Need a Personal Injury Lawyer?

keep coming in the mail. This is all without mentioning that the damage to your car still hasn’t been repaired. Now, also imagine that you’ve been speaking to your auto insurance carrier and the auto insurance adjuster for the driver who caused your pain. But as more issues arise, it seems like fewer and fewer people want to help. They want you to sign documents. They want you to give a recorded statement. Somehow, every time you talk to them, they make you feel like you have done something wrong. This wasn’t your fault, so why are you made to suffer? It’s not like you’re trying to get rich from this car crash. You just want the insurance company to do what’s right. You want them to pay for your medical bills and your damaged car so you can get back to your life. Then you get a check for $1,500 in the mail with the words“pain and suffering”written in the memo section. Should you cash the check? You could really use the money. This is when you should call a personal injury attorney. In fact, the sooner you contact a qualified attorney following an injury, the better. We’ll tell you not to cash the check and not to sign anything until we have reviewed it. If we take the case, we’ll gather everything needed to develop the case, like medical bills and records, accident reports, photographs, and other materials. We also know how to talk to insurance representatives to get them

We receive hundreds of calls each year from folks who have suffered injuries from auto crashes, falls in public places, medical errors, product failures, and more. Each caller has a different story, but a majority of them have experienced debilitating injuries. Some can’t work, others can’t pay bills, and in the worst cases, they have suffered damage that will affect them for the rest of their lives. But no matter what, one important question they all ask is this: Do I need a personal injury attorney? In our experience, the answer is almost always yes. in your car when suddenly, you’re hit from behind by a driver who was texting. He slams into the back of your car hard enough to send you to the hospital by ambulance, even though your injuries aren’t life-threatening. The doctors check you out, you seem to be okay, and they discharge you with instructions to rest. But the next morning, you wake up and your neck is in so much pain that you can hardly move your head. You have to call out of work. Your boss isn’t happy, but he gives you a couple days to recover. That’s when things start to snowball. Your neck injury radiates to other parts of your body. You feel pain and numbness in your extremities, and to fix the problem, you pay for CT scans and pain medication prescriptions. While you’re fighting to recover, you’re still unable to work, and medical bills I’d like to paint a picture for you, one that we unfortunately see all too often: Imagine you’re

to take the case seriously. In our experience, our involvement in a personal injury case will increase the value of the case by 2–3 times (and many times much, much more) than what an insurance company will offer someone representing themselves. We know how to show the insurance company what they potentially stand to lose if they don’t treat you fairly. That’s often a hard message to send when you’re trying to do it on your own. In addition, insurance companies know our reputation, so they take our clients’cases seriously. We can also keep bill collectors at bay while your case progresses. Our firm does not charge a fee for a consultation, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. Let your friends and family know we are here to answer questions and help if the need arises. We hope you don’t need us anytime soon, but if you do, we’ll be here. We’ll tell you if we think we can help or if we might not be the best fit. That’s our promise to you. So, don’t go it alone.
