Non-U.S. Citizen Flight Students
Once you arrive in Daytona Beach , you may contact Daytona Beach International Airport to get fingerprints taken to continue the TSA clearance process. A student can register for flight courses and begin flight training as soon as the TSA approves the training request. The training application will be completed upon arrival at Embry-Riddle. Some advanced flight courses may require a waiting period of up to 30 days. If Embry-Riddle receives any directive from the DHS or the TSA, the student may be administratively withdrawn from classes. Questions? Contact the Admissions Office staff, who will address questions or route you to the appropriate individual or department. Visit the Pre-Flight Checklist page where you will find videos, FAQs and other resources that will help you prepare for flight training.
