Como todas las habitaciones debían tener la misma vista, se plantean traslapadas y en relación a la topografía del lugar. Las ventanas de todos los programas son el resultado de estas vistas y del sistema constructivo. El corredor exterior, que unifica el conjunto de habitaciones, sigue la pendiente del terreno y se abre hacia un jardín interior. Bajo la terraza se ubica la sala múltiple, en una depresión del terreno también existente y que finalmente se perfiló para conformarse como anfiteatro natural. Al final del proceso y con el paso del tiempo, los nuevos tablones han tomado color gris en su cara exterior, dialogando con el paisaje, la lava y la vegetación del lugar. As all the rooms were to have a similar view to the surrounding nature, they were organized offset to each other and in relation to the site’s topography. The location of every window of the project responds to the views and the constructive system. The exterior gallery linking together all the guest rooms follows the site slope and opens towards an interior garden. The multiuse room was located under the new terrace in the existing site depression which finally was shaped to create a natural amphitheater.
