JCA is a prevention program that supports children (5-12 years old) in fostering their civic responsibility. Supported Youth Independent Housing Program (SYIH)
Provides support and subsidized housing to Surrey youth (16-26 years old) who are homeless or are at a high risk of becoming homeless, in partnership between Options and BC Housing.
