Welcoming self-referrals or referrals from parents, school counsellors, the Ministry of Children and Family Development, or other community agencies Suicide Prevention, Education and Counselling (SPEAC) SPEAC provides risk assessment and short-term counselling to children and adolescents who are experiencing thoughts of suicide, or who have made a recent attempt. We serve children and youth up to and including 18 years of age, who live in Surrey, White Rock or Langley. We also present suicide prevention workshops in schools and to the community upon request. Phone............................................................ 604.584.5811 Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre (SACC) SACC provides both short and long-term counselling to children and youth (ages 3-18) from Surrey and White Rock who have disclosed sexual abuse or where sexual abuse is suspected. We also offer support and psycho-educational information to non-offending family members in relationship to the effects of the sexual abuse.
