Surrey Bridging Program This program assists adults transitioning from

community residential programs to independent living. Space is limited to nine participants, which allows for more extensive support than our other supported living programs. A rental subsidy is provided to assist with finding and maintaining, safe and affordable housing. Referrals are required from the Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Centre. Phone............................................................ 604.596.4321 Transitional Living Program This program assists adults living with mental illness, living in the White Rock/South Surrey area. Individual support services promote independence, develop life skills and are recovery focused. Housing opportunities for independent living are available through a rental subsidy. Referrals are required from the White Rock/ South Surrey Mental Health and Substance Use Centre. Phone............................................................ 604.596.4321 Youth Supported Independent Living Program A supported housing program that supports youth aged 17-21 with serious mental illness to live independently in safe, affordable housing and receive services. Outreach workers collaborate with youth to create a treatment plan and work towards their goals. Referrals come through the local Child and Youth Mental Health Teams.
