BC Settlement and Integration Services (BCSIS) BCSIS provides specialized support on immigration, settlement and employment to refugee claimants, temporary foreign workers, international students, provincial nominees as well as naturalized citizens. Funded by Ministry of Municpal Affairs. OCS Food Hub The OCS Food Hub is located at the BC Settlement & Integration Services site and provides food security through the redistribution of food rescued from local grocery stores. BCSIS serves refugee claimants, temporary foreign workers, international students, naturalized citizens and those under the humanitarian and compassionate grounds, and food hub support is provided to those experiencing food insecurity.
