PREPARATION Before assembling the product, compare the parts against those listed in the manual. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact customer service.

ASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles during the assembly process. CAUTION: Please wear gloves during the whole assembly process to avoid accidental personal injury. CAUTION: Assemble on a flat, level, and clean surface. A piece of cardboard or a floor covering is recommended to keep the product from being scratched during assembly. CAUTION: For components with protective film, please peel off the protective film before assembling it.
CAUTION: Do not use power tools during the assembly process.
IMPORTANT! Do not fully tighten all screws until assembly is completed.
CAUTION! Do not overtighten the screws.
Screw the adjustable leveller (T) into every foot. Attach brackets (J and K) to the corners of the bottom shelf (D). Then attach the feet (L, M, N, O) using 10 screws #2. ATTACH THE FEET AND BRACKETS 1

Attach the side panels (A and B) to the top panel (C) and the bottom shelf (D) using 12 screws #1. Secure the bottom shelf to the side panels with 2 screws #2 that go through the front feet into the side panels. ATTACH THE SIDE PANELS, TOP PANEL, AND THE BOTTOM SHELF

ATTACH THE HINGE BRACKETS
Attach 2 hinge brackets (I) to the top panel using 6 screws #2 and 2 washers #3. Place washers between the hinge bracket and top panel. Make sure the outer side of the hinge bracket is flush with the outer side or the top panel. Secure the side panels to the top panel with 4 screws #1.

Before installing the back panels, verify that each corner is 90°. This can be done by using a speed square or by measuring the diagonals from one corner of the cabinet to the other and verifying that they are equal. Keep cabinet in lay-down position and place back panels (E,F,G,H) and first assemble them together using 9 screws #1, then attach the assembled back panels to the cabinet body using 26 screws #1. Insert the shelf holding brackets (P) into the metal tracks at the desired height of the adjustable shelves. Ensure that the bracket is in the same slot on each metal track so that the shelf is level. Mount the adjustable shelves (Q) on the shelf holding brackets. ATTACH THE ADJUSTABLE SHELVES 6

Insert the lower pin of the left-door hinge into the slots of the left lower hinge bracket. Use the nylon washer #4. Pull down the U-type hinge pin on the left door, attach the nylon washer #4 and insert the pins into the slots of the left upper hinge bracket. After the U-type hinge is engaged, insert the cotter pin #5 to lock the U-type hinge in place. Repeat for the right door. ATTACH THE DOORS 7

Turn the foot levelers (T) with a 10mm wrench to level the cabinet. Turn counterclockwise to raise and clockwise to lower. Use a spirit level. LEVEL THE CABINET

WALL STUD I. Use a stud finder to locate the studs and mark the wall with a pencil. SECURE THE CABINET TO THE WALL
II. Place the cabinet directly against the wall. Align the holes in the top back panel of the cabinet with the pencil marks. Level the cabinet. Place plain washer #8 on screw #6 and drill a screw through the hole in the back panel and into the stud. Repeat for the remaining screws.
NOTE: Use the appropriate fasteners to secure the cabinet to other wall types.

ATTENTION: Portez des lunettes de sécurité conformes à la norme ANSI pendant l’assemblage. ATTENTION: Portez des gants de travail tout au long de l’assemblage afin d’éviter de vous blesser. ATTENTION: Effectuez l’assemblage sur une surface plane, horizontale et propre. Il est recommandé de placer un morceau de carton ou de couvrir le sol pour éviter de rayer le produit pendant l’assemblage. ATTENTION: Certains éléments sont recouverts d’un film de protection ; veillez à le retirer avant d’effectuer l’assemblage.

Insérez la broche inférieure de la charnière de la porte gauche dans les fentes du support de la charnière inférieure gauche. Utilisez la rondelle en nylon n°4. Tirez vers le bas la broche de la charnière en U de la porte gauche, fixez la rondelle en nylon n°4 et insérez les broches dans les fentes du support de la charnière supérieure gauche. Une fois la charnière en U engagée, insérez la goupille fendue n°5 pour verrouiller la charnière en U. Répétez l’opération pour la porte droite.

MONTANT MURAL I. Repérez les montants à l’aide d’un détecteur de montant et marquez le mur à l’aide d’un crayon. II. Placez l’armoire directement contre le mur. Alignez les trous du panneau arrière supérieur de l’armoire avec les marques de crayon. Mettez l’armoire de niveau. Placez la rondelle simple n°8 sur une vis n°6 et fixez une vis à travers le trou du panneau arrière et dans le montant. Répétez l’opération pour les autres vis.
REMARQUE: utilisez les fixations appropriées pour fixer l’armoire à d’autres types de murs.
