Senior Associate - Property Management (Real Estate/Property Advisory). Metrus is looking to appoint a Senior Associate as a senior member of its Property Management division owing to the retirement of a current team member and the continued growth of the business. The organisation currently offers a range of services to Landlords including Property Management, Professional Services and Asset Management while working in conjunction with a market leading Investment and Leasing firm. They have a high profile client mix ranging from Institutional Investors, Private Equity Firms and High Net Worth Individuals. The Property Management division makes up the vast majority of the business’s fee income and business activities. As an established player in the Management market, new business is generated by way of maximising existing relationships, active business generation and retention of instructions following sale. Responsible for all day to day management matters on behalf of two of the business’s key and most established clients, you will build exceptional and trusted relationships with them and act as their dedicated advisor. The
portfolio is made up of prime retail and office premises, predominantly located within the capital including some of London’s most iconic assets. As a senior member of the team you will motivate, support and provide guidance to more junior members of the division. This is part of a long-term succession plan which has been agreed across the firm. You will work closely with the highly proactive Asset Management team, making substantiated recommendations where appropriate, in addition to building strong relationships with other areas of the business including Professional Services and Agency. The appointed will either be working for a similar advisory firm or be within a client organisation. An established Property Management professional who can build exceptional and trusted relationships with clients and tenants alike.
