HAMSTRING STRETCH — WALL
Lie on the floor near a doorway. With one leg straight on the ground through the doorway, place the other leg against the wall, bending at the knee. Slowly straighten the leg against the wall while keeping your hips on the floor. Stretch your leg against the wall for 1 minute. Repeat 2 to 3 times for each leg.
