XT Digital Thread Gauging Sets & XT Holematic Pistol Grip Thread Gauging Sets Our XT Digital Thread Gauging Sets and XT Holematic Pistol Grip Thread Gauging Sets are engineered to deliver fast, accurate, and repeatable internal thread diameter measurement in demanding manufacturing environments. At the heart of the XT Digital Thread Gauging Sets is the XT3 digital micrometer controller, featuring an ergonomic design including a large, high-clarity LCD display. The XT Holematic Pistol Grip Thread Gauging Set features the pistol grip controller for better handling. The large, high- clarity LCD display on both ensure readings are easy to view at a glance, while IP67-rated electronics provide excellent protection against dust and coolant ingress. Integrated Bluetooth and proximity output enable bi-directional communication, offering greater flexibility for data collection, transfer, and storage. The result is a robust, user-friendly thread gauging system that enhances productivity, accuracy, and confidence on the shop floor.
