This methodology/ statement has been developed to provide a safe system of work for the persons undertaking the works, and anyone who may be affected by our working activities. This methodology must be adhered to at all times, any significant deviation from this safe system of works, must first be authorised by your supervisor. PCC have been appointment by Knight Harwood to undertake the painting and decoration finishings to the internal walls and ceilings within the Mulgrave Theatre Premises. All main works will be undertaken during normal working hours timeframe, which will be agreed by the Knight Harwood project teams prior to commencing.
PCCs working activities are not expected to last longer than 7 days.
The scope listed below details the planned works:
• Apply two coats of emulsion to the ceiling of the "Mulgrave Theatre," which has minor damage following the removal of the KH fire alarms that were fixed to the plasterboard soffit. • Apply three coats of emulsion to the existing walls, ceilings, and metal door/frame of the access staircase leading to the roof over the project. This is to eliminate all dirty marks, scuffs, and damage caused during the course of the roof works. • Apply three coats of paint, including a primer, to two MDF panel doors in the "Broomhouse" function area. This is necessary because the original MDF doors are being replaced by Brown & Carroll due to damage to the existing mirrors. • Complete decorations at height just above the existing cornice works in the East Lobby. • Complete decorations to the bottoms of several double door thresholds on the south elevation of the Restaurant.
