Section 4 - Specific Training & Competency/ Roles & Responsibilities
The PCC team who will be engaged in undertaking the working activity’s will be fully competent to undertake their roles. Training will consist of an SSSTS site supervisor leading the team. PCC operatives will be in possession of their CSCS cards and will submit the cards for review to Knight Harwood project manager(s) during the Mulgrave Theatre site induction.

Note:
Trainee(s) operatives will work under the supervision of a site supervisor. Trainee operatives will undertake the duties and tasks of a labourer and will not work above ground level unless suitably trained.
Section 5 – Planning
To be pre-determined by the Mulgrave Theatre project team. Painting/ decorations to a small area within the Mulgrave Theatre building, and works are planned to last for approximately 7 days.

Access & Egress
Access & egress into Mulgrave Theatre will be via the main entrance. All operatives will sign in/ out accordingly as per the Knight Harwood security procedure(s). Material access will be transported into the public areas manually. This will be pre- agreed with Knight Harwood project team prior. All works will be undertaken during the pre-agreed hours. The following working times have been agreed and will be adhered to by the PCC team. PCC will allow sufficient time to tidy, and make safe their working areas, prior to the site closing times.

Mon to Fri: 08:00 to 17:30
