SEATED PIRIFORMIS STRETCH Sit with good posture. Cross one leg over the other as shown. Bring your chest forward slightly while keeping a flat back. Gently bring the knee that is on the crossed leg up towards your opposite shoulder. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat with the other leg.
