Here are the leading causes of most back and neck pain: • Poor postural habits (i.e., slouched, awk - ward, and/or prolonged positions). • Lack of mobility in the joints and/or soft tissues. • Poor spinal joint stability and lack of core muscle strength. • Lack of proprioception and spinal coordi - nation.
