Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

JOIN THE "DRY-TRI" CHALLENGE What is it? A triathlon style event, consisting of a 2,000 meter row, 200 body weight repetitions, and a 2.5 mile run, all of which can be accomplished in the Fitness Center. GROUP EXERCISE Updates

GENTLE YOGA is now offered on Mondays at 11:30 AM under the instruction of Christina Potts. Alex Ali will continue to teach on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:45 AM. YOGA FUSION is available on Saturdays at 8:45 AM. This class combines yoga and strength training to give you a complete workout!

GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

Gentle Yoga ** Monday at 11:30 AM (NEW TIME!), Tuesday/Thursday 9:45 AM A slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga which focuses on proper alignment, deep breathing, and standing balances. Morning Vinyasa Flow ** Tuesday 6:00 AM Start your day with a warm- up, followed by an energizing Vinyasa Flow, and concluding with stretching and relaxation. Appropriate for all levels. Pilates ** (All Levels) Monday/ Wednesday 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Friday at 8:30 AM Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture!

Power Yoga Sunday 4:00 PM (75 minutes) This is a more advanced class with higher intensity flow but modifications will be offered. Restorative Yoga** Tuesday 10:45 AM and Wednesday 9:45 AM Appropriate for students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and nourishing practice. Toning + Abs * Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM A full-body workout with weights, body bars, etc. with an emphasis on core conditioning. Yoga Fusion ** NEW CLASS! Saturday 8:45 AM A quick workout combining yoga with strength training.

Fitness Fusion * Tuesday (for beginners) & Thursday 8:30 AM A combination of step aerobics, full-body toning, and core conditioning, all in one class! Fitness Yoga* * Friday 5:45 PM Designed specifically for golfers and tennis players, this class will incorporate slow paced yoga poses emphasizing static positions and extensions of the shoulders and hips to help open up tight joints. Forever Fit* Monday 4:00 PM/Thursday 11:00 AM (45 minutes) To help you stay active and healthy as you grow older, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and light strengthening.

All classes meet in the GX Studio and are offered on a subscription basis. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be can- celled. CSI (Core-Stretch Integration) ** Monday/Wednesday 6:00 PM A full-body workout that incor- porates Pilates exercises to build core strength and stability, and soothing stretches (from Yoga).
