Put on by the Pearland Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (PCPAAA), the run has assisted the Pearland PD by purchasing equipment, K-9 officers, officer memorials and more. This year, the goal is to raise $50,000 for a new mobile command center for SWAT situations and large public events. This command center will be state-of-the-art in technologies to keep citizens safe and assist with police activities.
