The information associated with the location of safe havens is designated Safeguards Information. 2 Identify each county and participating Tribe’s reservation within the State through which the shipment will pass. 3 Identify the 24-hour emergency contact information for each county, when practicable. Twenty-four hour numbers are preferred, but daytime phone numbers supplemented by after-hours phone numbers are acceptable. 4 Identify the safe havens and their locations.
