assessment.
Although vehicle and barge emissions will be different between the routes, there are no radiological releases associated with the routes, and hence, this metric is not going to provide a tangible difference between the routes. No liquid effluent release is associated with any route from this site. Aesthetic changes needed to support the routes to be evaluated are expected to be limited to tree trimming. Evaluated routes identified no impact to historical, archaeological, or cultural features. Note nearby BRP could be identified as sacred Indian land, but it is not on any of the routes selected for evaluation. Some routes may traverse steep grades and/or traverse under rail bridges that may pose a challenge to the shipments of the material from the BRP site. Weather may impact HHT and barge shipments from BRP. Results from the START [1] code indicate the number of water bodies crossed is distiguishable between the routes. According to START [1] , the routes do cross environmentally sensitive areas to different degrees. In addition, the barge route is on a source of drinking water, which makes it less favored over the HHT routes. Based on results from START [1] , these populations along the evaluated routes is
