e. Thus, 5 to 7 days for HHT to Petoskey, MI/Gaylord, MI and load onto cask railcar 2. Barge route from BRP ISFSI to Milwaukee, WI: a. Transfer the W74 canister from the W150 to the TS125 (perform tests) and then transfer TS125 to transportation cradle expected to take 2 days per TS125 b. Prepare and load TS125 onto onsite trailer/goldhofer, secure, and attach to HHT expected to take 1 to 2 days per TS125 c. Prepare TS125 for shipment on barge (e.g., connect to tug) expected to take 1 day per TS125 d. Barge to Milwaukee, WI (~220 miles) expected to take 2 days per TS125 e. Direct transload TS125 from barge to cask railcar expected to take 1 to 2 days f. Thus, 7 to 9 days to barge to Milwaukee, WI and load onto cask railcar Note that during the transfer of a W74 canister from a W150 to a TS125, a subsequent W150 is considered to be prepared for this transfer. In addition, while the TS125 is being loaded onto a railcar, barge, or HHT, this prepared W150 will be moved to the transfer station in preparation for the next TS125 transfer. In addition, to these handling times there are also the total route transit durations on the rails. START provides these times and Table 5-7 provides a breakdown by route. Using the data in Table 5-7 from START and the above handling times, the pairwise comparisons were performed between the various routes. 5.3.3.14 Immediacy of Ability to Perform Transfer For the immediacy of ability to perform the transfer, the seven routes to be evaluated basically fall into two categories: HHT routes and barge routes. The HHT routes were deemed to be more promptly ready for performing the transfer from the BRP ISFSI than the barge route due primarily to the need to clear land and potentially dredge prior to initiating the transfers, whereas the infrastructure for the HHT exists to a large part excepting the transload to rail sites. In addition, the portion of the HHT route to Petoskey, MI and Gaylord, MI are already established
