(allowing for both horizontal and vertical movement) to allow the TS125 transportation cask to mate/dock with a W150 storage cask once in they are in the horizontal position. This system would be similar to a skid positioning system used with an onsite transfer trailer. Using this transfer scheme, the transfer trailer would not be needed because a mobile crane would be used in the canister transfer area and also in the area where the TS125 would be loaded on to the heavy haul trailer. 4) Lifting of a loaded TS125 cask at the ISFSI in a horizontal orientation without impact limiter would be allowed by the site facility Part 72 license. 5) One TS125 transportation cask per shipment from the site would be available. 6) The TS125 transportation cask intermodal skid will be used to lift the transportation cask when transferred from the truck to the railcar and used on the skid positioning system. 7) A mobile crane will be used to lift the transportation cask (loaded and empty) at the BRP site. 8) A dedicated train for each shipment will be needed and available. 9) Dry runs of the site operations, transport operations, and also the transloading operations will be conducted to ensure equipment and procedures are adequate to perform the task in a safe and efficient manner.
