SLJD F.L.A.G. PROGRAM GUIDELINES WELCOME TO THE F.L.A.G. (FEEL LIKE A GUEST) PROGRAM AT SHANGRI-LA, JEDDAH. Thi s program has been des igned for you to exper ience the hotel s ' products and servi ces as a guest and provide your feedback on the same. I t i s impor tant that you fol low the below guidel ines , as a par t i c ipant in thi s program.

DO'S Check-in and check-out as per the allocated time in your invite. Keep the Television/Radio volume to a reasonable level, such that it doesn't cause discomfort to others. Complete the feedback forms as and when you experience a product or service at the property. Contact the simulation centre for troubleshooting. Adhere to the choice of the dining venue / wellness area and the date and time assigned to you as per your invite.

DON'TS

Invite visitors (colleagues, friends or family) to your room during your stay.

Smoke, eat or gamble in the room. (Except for those assigned with In-room dining experience) Post photographs, videos or any other content from your stay experience on social media platforms. Remove or take any amenities or supplies out of the room. Any such items removed may be charged to the personal account.

Carry your hotel ID card & Mobile Phone for check-in and check out.

Wear the uniform, when you are participating in the program as a guest.

Care for the hotel property at all times during your stay.

Bring any personal valuables with you during the room stay.

Practice energy conservation at all times during your stay.

Transfer or forward your invite to another colleague at the property.

Inform the simulation centre, incase you are unable to stay or experience an area allocated to you as per the invite.

Delay or extend your check-out date / time unless assigned to you as a part of a scenario.
