Registration Under Way for Yellow Ribbon Classic Registration is now open for the Yellow Ribbon Fund’s 17th Annual Army Navy Country Club Golf Classic, an annual event to raise funds to support the continuing care wounded warriors often require. Here in Army Navy’s centennial year, there’s a new twist to the event that promises to be the ultimate showdown on the green: the battle for the Club Cup. Area country clubs are invited to field 4-member teams to compete in this tournament within a tournament against ANCC teams and all others. Entry into the Club Cup challenge is open to any team at the Eagle sponsorship level or above. This year’s tournament begins with a shotgun start on 28 October at 12:30 p.m. at the Arlington course, followed by a reception and dinner with a brief program in the clubhouse where the Club Cup and other prizes
will be awarded. Registration information is available via the Yellow Ribbon Classic webpage, which can be accessed with the QR code on the adjacent display or by clicking here . ANCC has partnered with the Yellow Ribbon Fund for 17 years to bring needed services to wounded military members and their families. This nationally known veterans service organization has provided critical support for more than 33,800 military families over the past 20 years. That includes housing, transportation and employment assistance. If you cannot play in the event, but still want to support the cause, you’re invited to register to attend the reception and dinner that follow play. Details are on the Yellow Ribbon Fund tournament registration page. Reach out to your friends and colleagues and challenge them to take part in this extraordinary event as we tee it up together for a great cause.
