This module focuses on death and dying within a professional context, covering palliative care principles, the concept of a 'good death', and ethical, legal, and professional frameworks across various cultural settings. It enhances understanding of the dying process, symptom management, communication, and cultural sensitivity while promoting self-awareness regarding attitudes toward death and loss
The Cardiac and Respiratory Care double practice module enhances knowledge and skills for adult cardiac and respiratory practice. It addresses acute and chronic conditions, emphasising patient assessment, monitoring, and management. Students analyse practice with theory for evidence-based care, catering to diverse patient and family needs.
