Job Summary: The post holder will be a key member of the Capital

Main Responsibilities Programme Management Role 1. To supervise external consultants teams, also deputising for the Senior Project Manager as and when required. 2. Prepare Capital/LTM Programmes in conjunction with Capital Development Director. 3. Prepare Project Programmes and monitoring progress against Capital/LTM programmes throughout project.

Department/Division: Capital Development (Estates Division) Accountable to: Director/Assistant Director, Capital Development

Development section of Estates. He/She will be given delegated management authority to lead the briefing, design, procurement and handover of various conversion, refurbishment and new build capital projects at LSE. The post holder will also be expected to project manage his/ her own jobs.
