Crime Estate Hosted by Delta Delta-Oklahoma City alumna, Heather Bastin Guild , the Crime Estate podcast is where true crime and real estate meet. (Who doesn’t love a skeleton in someone else’s closet?) Crime Estate features true crime stories with a unique emphasis on the homes the crimes occurred in and what happened to the homes after the crimes occurred. “My co-host and I are both real estate agents by profession, and we think our real estate experience adds a different perspective to many of the infamous stories you may already know, as well as to many stories that are lesser known,” Heather explained. Moreover, this podcast is the story (and result) of women growing together in friendship and empowerment.

“Like many 40-something friendships, we met through our kids and discovered a shared interest in true crime, and we decided to find a way to pursue our interest and do something for ourselves that didn't just revolve around our kids and day jobs,” Heather shared. “It has been incredibly rewarding to be a part of this creative process together. We've been highlighted in several real estate publications; nationally via Inman News and locally via Candy's Dirt as well as been asked to be a guest on another Dallas- based podcast.” Heather is a real estate agent in the Dallas, Texas, area where she lives with her husband and son. She is the 2023-2024 Dallas Panhellenic Delegate for the Dallas and Suburban Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Phi. You can find Crime Estate on Apple Podcasts, Spotify or wherever you tune in, as well as get behind-the-scenes info and more details on the hosts at CrimeEstate.com.
